Because we are a non-delegated correspondent we can issue all regulatory disclosures fast, push files through underwriting quickly, and then draw the closing docs and fund the loans from our office to avoid unnecessary delays. We are responsive and nimble. When so much rides on meeting the terms of a purchase contract, you don't want to be working with an order taker in a call center.
